Enrollment and Activation

Clients must be enrolled in Business Online Banking (www.bnymellon.com) in order to access the Business Mobile Banking feature. A Business Electronic Banking Application is available from your Private Banker.

A supported mobile device is needed to use the Mobile Banking App. Use of the Mobile Deposit feature requires a supported camera-equipped device. An eligible BNY Mellon business banking account and BNY Mellon Business Online Banking access are required. Certain other restrictions apply.
